2. Collection and storage of personal data

When you simply visit the website, the host (All-Inkl) automatically stores information in server log files (IP address, date, time, page requested, browser type, operating system, referrer). This data is not combined with other data and is deleted after 7 days. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in stable and secure operation).

3. Getting in touch

If you contact me by email or through the contact form, the information you provide is processed in order to handle your inquiry. I do not pass this data on without your consent. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) and (b) GDPR. The data is stored for as long as is necessary to handle your inquiry.

4. Contact form & newsletter

Contact form: The information you submit through the contact form (email address and message) is processed via Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited) and arrives in my mailbox as an email. A data processing agreement is in place with Microsoft (Microsoft Data Protection Addendum). The data is not passed on to any third-party CRM. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) and (b) GDPR. The data is stored for as long as is necessary to handle your inquiry.

Newsletter (Journal): For newsletter sign-ups in the journal, I use my own solution without a third-party CRM. Your information (email address and, if provided, first name) is stored on my web space at ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich (servers in Germany). Confirmation and newsletter emails are sent via Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited); a data processing agreement is in place with Microsoft (Microsoft Data Protection Addendum). Sign-up uses the double opt-in procedure: it only becomes active once you click the confirmation link sent to you by email. Every newsletter email contains an unsubscribe link that lets you opt out at any time with one click. The data is not passed on to third parties for advertising purposes. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. The data is stored until you unsubscribe.

5. Embedded services

This website does not use any external tracking tools. Fonts are loaded locally from the site’s own server (no transfer to Google Fonts).

6. AI-generated content (transparency notice)

In accordance with Art. 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (EU AI Act), I point out the following AI-generated content on this website:

Illustrations: The line-art portraits and line-art scenes were created with the help of generative AI and then editorially revised.

All other content (texts, stock photographs, logo, fonts) is either created by me, licensed, or editorially reviewed.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). To exercise these rights, please contact stefan@margenfeld.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Rhineland-Palatinate (Der Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Rheinland-Pfalz).
